Launch · Angry Nona: Night Shift for iPhone
Angry Nona: Night Shift is out on iPhone
It is 9 PM. Six toddlers are in their cribs, and you are the only nanny on shift. My new iPhone game is on the App Store today, and Nights 1 to 4 are free.
Angry Nona: Night Shift is a cozy iPhone game about one long night in a nursery. You keep six toddlers asleep until dawn. You shh the kids who stir, bring them what they ask for, and try not to wake Princess Nona. Version 1.0 is on the App Store today.
In short
- How a night plays: shh, fetch, queue your taps and do chores
- 13 nights plus Endless, each night with a new twist
- Free to download: Nights 1 to 4 are free, and one purchase opens the rest
- No ads, no account, no tracking
How a night plays
The shift starts at 9 PM. A toddler stirs, a thought bubble pops up, and the noise meter starts to climb. If the room gets too loud, you lose the night. One crying kid can wake the next one, so you must act fast.
Tap a crib, and your nanny walks over to help. Read the bubble first:
- Shh. Some toddlers only need a quiet shh before the crying starts.
- Fetch. Others want a bottle, a teddy or a story book from the shelf.
- Queue your taps. Tap a few cribs in a row. The nanny remembers the order and serves them one by one.
- Use the quiet moments. When the room is still, warm a bottle, crochet a teddy in the rocking chair, or water Nona's plant.
Princess Nona wears the crown. If she cries, the whole room cries. The night also gets busier. Toy bricks lie on the floor, and you will step on one. A coffee cart gives your nanny fast feet, but the grinder is very loud. Mom calls at the worst time, so decline fast, or the phone rings in the nursery. Yeetie, Princess Pea and Mom join the later nights.
13 nights, then Endless
The campaign has 13 nights, and each night adds a new twist. A night lasts two to three minutes. You can earn up to three stars on every night, plus a bonus pin for a special goal.
Clear Night 8 to open Endless. It starts at the pace of the last night and gets faster. Reach dawn in Endless to earn the Dawn medal. If you lose the same night a few times, you can play an Easy shift if you want one.
What is free, and what is not
The game is free to download. Nights 1 to 4 are free to play. One in-app purchase, Full Shift, opens the rest of the campaign and Endless. It is one purchase, not a subscription.
The Nanny shop and outfits
Every night you play earns points. Spend them in the Nanny shop on two hands, energy drinks and extra queue slots. You can also choose outfits and hair styles for your nanny. Looks are just for fun. Points come from play only, and you cannot buy them with money.
No ads, no account, no tracking
The game has no ads and no account, and it does not track you. It sends anonymous game stats and crash reports, which help me fix bugs. Your nights, points and settings stay on your iPhone, and the game plays fully offline. It also supports VoiceOver and Reduce Motion, and it has switches for haptics, music and sound.
Get it on the App Store
Angry Nona: Night Shift needs an iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Download it on the App Store, start Night 1, and try to reach dawn. You can see more screens on the Angry Nona page. Questions or ideas? Write to me through Angry Nona support. Sweet dreams. Good luck.
