Tally is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal, anonymous data to improve the app experience, and we never collect personal information.

Data Stored on Your Device

All your preferences, team names, and game settings are stored locally on your Apple TV. This data never leaves your device. We do not have access to it.

Analytics

Tally uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage metrics. This helps us understand which features are used most and improve the app. The data collected includes:

• Which sports and features are used (e.g., "started a basketball game")
• General app usage patterns (e.g., session duration)
• Device type and tvOS version

This data is fully anonymous and cannot be used to identify you. No personal information, account data, or Apple ID is ever collected.

No Accounts

Tally does not require or support user accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no personal information collected.

No Third-Party Advertising

Tally contains no advertisements and does not share any data with advertising networks.

No Tracking

Tally does not use any tracking technologies beyond the anonymous Firebase Analytics described above. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Children's Privacy

Tally does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the app is safe for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
